Forest School
The children all very much enjoy our Forest School activities at Stepping Stones.
The philosophy of Forest Schools is to encourage and inspire individuals of any age through an innovative, long-term, educational approach to outdoor play and learning in a woodland environment.
We have been given permission to run our Forest School at the playing fields on the outskirts of Clipston village on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, and we are incredibly grateful to the Clipston Playing Fields Association for the use of this space.
Forest School sessions are only offered to children aged 3 and over.
Children are encouraged to understand and interact with the natural world around them. This develops both confidence and great life skills for the children.
